About Q Living Copenhagen

Q Living Copenhagen is a wholly owned subsidiary to Q Apartments, which was founded in 1996. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Q Apartments is the greatest provider of fully serviced and furnished apartments in Scandinavia, as it is a part of Q Apartments Group. Q Apartments Group consists of more than 85 employees spread at our offices in Denmark, England and Brazil. We manage more than 2000 housings, where more than 700 are owned by Q Apartments Group.

Q Apartments has a targeted strategy, which strives for even more global locations. These locations are chosen in close collaboration with our customers, in order to meet their wishes. This is an effective strategy, which has shown strong financial results throughout the years.

In Q Apartments, we are very proud of the strong relations we have built with our customers through the last 20 years. Our relations are built on our core values, which bring a high level of customer service, a great focus on details, and a close collaboration with our customers.

As a wholly owned subsidiary, Q Living has the advantage of the support from Q Apartments. The advantages are both the great expertise from the sales team and the business team, and their long experience with running a good business. Through our broad network, we offer a wide range of services; renting of apartments, renting of properties, administration and counseling across the housing sector – for the benefit of both the landlord and the tenant.

In Q Living Copenhagen, we are specialists in renting out your home, to the most suitable tenants. Being if you are going abroad to work, travel or if you simply have two properties at the same time.

We strive to combine a personal service and integrity, with our experience and expertise. Our goal is to provide the best service at the lowest price, for both tenant and landlord. We believe that is done, by securing the process to be safe and easy for both parts.

We look forward to giving you the same level of service and security, both as a landlord and a tenant.
