3. Commission agreement
When you choose Q Living Copenhagen to rent out your home, we sign a commission agreement, with the agreed rent and takeover date.
4. Advertising
Then we put the home on our website, social media and share it in our network of international companies and relocator companies
5. Showings
When relevant inquiries arrive, we invite customers to a showing of the home. Our agentstakes care of the showings.
6. Rental
Once we have found the right tenant for your home, we will make sure to do all the legal work. You only pay fees when your home is rented out
