Kokkedal is a small, cozy city in the northern part of Sealand. Here you are five minutes away from the beach, forrest and shopping. There is a short distance to Hørsholm Midtpunkt, Helsinore and Lyngby where you find cozy cafés and nice shops. There are both Danish and an international school and institutions just 5 minutes from the house.

There are several busses and a short distance to Kokkedal Station, where the Øresunds Train takes you directly to Copenhagen.
