The rental period is from the 25^th of September till the 5^th of January 2018.

Accommodation
The villa is a total of 200 squaremeters distributed on a basement, ground floor as well as a 1^st and 2^nd floor.
On the ground floor the house has a nice entrance hall with access to the guest toilet, a nice kitchen family room with a dining area and exit to the lovely garden, from the kitchen there is also access to the living room.
On the 1st floor there are three good bedrooms. If you move further up the steps to the 2^nd floor you’ll have a large bright master bedroom.
In the basement you have an additional bedroom as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient utility room.
The house has a nice outdoor setting with beautiful terraces and a private garden.
The house is rented fully furnished.  There is however flexibility regarding partial furnished or unfurnished, but the rent will vary depending on the agreement reached.

Appliances
The house has the following appliances available when rented: Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher and an oven with ceramic hobs.

The Area
The house is located on a quiet residential street with easy access to grocery shopping. There is a short distance to green areas. From the house there are only a few minutes’ walk to both bus and train, and there is also quick access to the motorway.
