The apartment consists of a hallway, a large kitchen with big eating area, a living room, and 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access from the hallway, the same goes for the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a washer and a dryer, and is renovated in 2010 with the rest of the apartment.

From the hallway you step into the kitchen, which has all the necessary appliances including a wine fridge. The kitchen is nice and stylish in white with a classic stucco. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen where there is plenty of room to relax on the couch. From here there is access to the cozy balcony with a table and two chairs and a grill.

The parent department is located at the end of a hallway connecting to the kitchen. It is spacious and has great closet space and light from the windows.

There are green areas in Frederiksberg Garden, Søndermarken and the Zoo.

There is a short distance to public transport with the metro, S-train and busses.
