The apartment is rented fully furnished and wifi is already installed. The apartment can be rented for up to 1 year and the contract cannot be extended.

This cozy apartment contains everything you need. There is a long entrance hall which gives access to a large bathroom with a separate shower area. If you go straight from the entrance, you enter a larger kitchen-living room area, where the entrance to the sleeping area is screened off. From the entire kitchen-living-room area, there are floor-to-ceiling windows that provide good light in the apartment and a beautiful view over Gothersgade, towards Kongens Nytorv.

The area

Gothersgade is located in the heart of Copenhagen. Here you are close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. In addition, there are a number of popular areas just around the corner such as Nyhavn, Ofelia Plads and the entire area around Grønnegade. There is a short distance to green areas in Kongens Have and Kastellet.There are good connections with public transport, both in the form of buses and the metro at Kongens Nytorv.
